Essential: Level 1 Vibration Analysis; practical CM experience; lubrication management; RCM/PdM understanding; read OEM manuals; MS Project/Office; driver's licence. Desired: mechanical trade, Level 2 VA/thermography/ultrasonics/oil analysis cert, RCA, Pronto CMMS or SAP.
